Dr. Gilham was born in Sydney Australia, July 22, 1957, a daughter of
the late Peter and Larissa Gilham and had been a Naugatuck resident for
the past 7 years, moving here from Lafayette, Ind. She received her
undergraduate and master's degree from Purdue University and her
Doctorate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. She worked
as a Technical Writer with Pitney Bowes Inc.
In addition to her husband, Tom, she leaves a son, Robert Wolf of
Lexington, Ky.; one daughter, India Gilham-Westerman of St. Michael's,
Md. and one brother, Greg Gilham of Columbus, Oh.
A memorial service will be held in Ohio at a later date. There are no
calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. is
assisting with the arrangements.
