Funeral services were Aug. 10 for Mr. Paul Brant, 64, a 27 year resident of Macedonia. Mr. Brant died Aug. 6, 2007 at Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland.

Paul volunteered at the Cleveland Clinic and was an active member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

He was born Oct. 29, 1942 in Lafayette, Ind. He was the son of the Edward and Marie (Fudenski) Brant, both deceased.   He was the husband of Mary (nee Ware) Brant; father of Anne-Marie (David)
Conklin of Atlanta, and Paul F. (Melissa) Brant of Delaware; brother of Martha Altwies of Sarasota, Fla. and Edward Brant of Portland, Ore. He was the grandfather of Collin, Connor, Joseph, Victoria and Evan.

Arrangements were made by Johnson-Romito Funeral Home. Interment was at Northfield-Macedonia Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society
