Biography
Dr. Michael David Reese, 59, of
Powder Springs, passed away Monday, October 31, 2011 after a long illness. Dr.
Reese had practiced family medicine for more than 30 years in the Douglasville
area. He is survived by his wife, Linda Rogers Reese; children, Chelsea Erin
Reese Gaswint of Kennesaw and Walker Rogers Reese of Atlanta; father, Bruce
Allen Reese and brother, Bruce Taylor Reese of Salt Lake City, UT; sister, Pam
Reese Frost of Golden, CO; and numerous nieces and nephews who were crazy about
him. A Celebration of Life Reception will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011
from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Dogwood Golf Club, 4207 Flint Hill Road,
Austell, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice,
1957 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 500, Tucker, GA 30083 or the American Lung Cancer
Society.
